Before the session.
BEFORE THE SESSION WE WILL EXCHANGES A FEW EMAILS, GOING OVER DATE, LOCATION, TIME AND SETTING. THIS IS ALSO THE TIME TO DISCUSS ANY SPECIAL DETAILS YOU HAVE IN MIND.
WE WILL ALSO HANDLE ALL OF THE FINE PRINT STUFF: CONTRACT, RETAINER FEE, AND PAYMENT PLAN

Durring the session.
THE DAY BEFORE YOUR SESSION YOU WILL RECIVE A SESSION REMINDER THAT INCLUDES:
SESSION DETAILS, MEETING/PARKING INFORMATION, TIPS & TRICKS AND LAST MINUTE PREPARATION DETAILS.
SESSION DAY I WILL THEN WALK YOU THROUGH EVERYTHING. GIVING YOU MANY PROMPTS THAT RESULT IN PLAYFUL, NATURAL, FUN-FILLED PHOTOS. I ENCOURAGE MY CLIENTS TO RELAX AND TRUST ME AS YOUR PHOTOGRAPHER.

After the session.
I WILL INVITE YOU TO VIEW YOUR PERSONAL ONLINE GALLERY 7-10 DAYS AFTER YOUR SESSION, WHERE YOU CAN CHOOSE THE BEST PHOTOS FROM YOUR GALLERY. YOUR GALLERY WILL BE ACTIVE FOR 3 MONTHS, WHERE YOU CAN ASLO PURCHASE PRODUCTS FROM YOUR PERSONALIZED ONLINE STORE.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WHAT SHOULD WE WEAR?
First, start planning the ladies outfits then pick out outfits for the rest of the family. I always recommend soft neutral colors with a pop of color reflecting the sunset and water. Patterns should be limited to one or two people in the group. Please refer to the 'Family Guide" I sent you through email!
COULD WE GET IN THE WATER?
Of course!! I honestly love when my clients are brave enough to get wet! If you plan to be my adventurous couple or family, please remember to bring towels and a change of clothes.
DO YOU EDIT YOUR PHOTOS?
I do edit all of my photos. Please be certain that you like my editing style before you book. I will edit people and objects out of the background but I do not do retouching.
Retouching is possible for an extra charge.
DO I GET TO SEE ALL THE PHOTOS TAKEN FROM THE SESSION?
You will get to see all of the FINAL images from the session. Final images are the remaining images after I have pulled out duplicates and unflattering photos. You will them make you selection based off of the package you chose. You will always have the option to purchase more photos.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PHOTOS?
Your online gallery will be ready on average about 7-10 days. During busy season (Thanksgiving, Christmas and Summer) editing time is more around 2 weeks.
*Please let me know in advance if you need your photos earlier. There will be a rush fee of $100.
WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE MY APPOINTMENT?
It is at the photographers discretion to reschedule or cancel a session. If the weather is not good at the ideal location we can change location in and the unlikely event that the weather is bad everywhere we can work out a good date to reschedule. If we cannot reschedule payment will be reimbursed.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT?
If you would like to cancel a session please reach out to me as soon as possible. If we cant accommodate a change or you would just like to cancel your retainer fee will be surrendered.
HOW MANY IMAGES WILL I RECEIVE?
Depending on witch package you choose you will get either 15 (Mini), 25 (Standard),
35 (Premier) or 100(Dream). Although you will always have the option to purchase more.
WHAT ARE YOUR FAVORITE LOCATIONS TO SHOOT?
I absolutely love Ironwoods Beach located in Kapalua. Olowalu Beach near the pier is also a really beautiful spot if you want both mountain and ocean views.
They all have amazing different elements that makes each location special.
HOW DO YOU HANDLE PAYMENTS?
Payments are completely processed digitally. Invoice are sent and 50% (NON-REFUNDABLE) retainer fee is required to hold session date. The remainder is due on the day of your session.
